Is my battery really bad?

Which phone is this? On the face of it, that doesn't look great. Do you have the battery details for that time period? If you go to that screen and tap the graph (or "view details" below it), it'll show which apps have been using the battery.

That only shows a couple of apps (would be nice to see more), but those are some crazy numbers from social media. Are there multiple battery charges associated with that 186% daily usage?

The other apps barely consumed anything when i see more and yeah thats multiple charges

The first image figure gets ~7.3hrs SoT on a 100% charge but it does not display what is being used. Are the apps optimized?

Its mostly snap and Instagram and is there a specific way to optimize them lmk

Download Good Guardians from the Galaxy Store. Open it, install the Galaxy App Booster, Battery Guardian & Battery Tracker. Run the optimize, use the other two to check what is using the most powrr6. Use their setting on the battery plug ins. Open the Device Care app, click on battery, background usage limits, then click the three vertical dots and toggle on Apaptive battery.

Try these for a few days and see how they improve.

Ok on it. So the adaptive battery has been on since start but ill try the other stuff you mentioned thank you!

I hope it works out. Nearly every user here on the S26U have shown some exceptional battery usage from their devices. Also be sure those apps are updated.
