Will the S26 Ultra S Pen have Bluetooth capabilities?

At the moment, no one knows if the S26 Ultra will have a Bluetooth S-Pen. I highly doubt it, as they are reportedly adding magnets to the phone, which would interfere with the S-Pen.

No one knows yet whether the S26 Ultra's S Pen will have BLE capability. But since it was removed for the S25 Ultra, I wouldn't count on it.

I highly doubt that Bluetooth will return to the S pen. Since the magnets they are are adding for charging effects the pens

The Galaxy S26 Ultra's S Pen is not expected to feature Bluetooth, continuing the trend of treating it as a basic, non-powered stylus, similar to the S25 Ultra.

Very true, most people didn't use the spen bluetooth features because nobody highlighted them. Im very disappointed that I'm going without an upgrade for a second year, but very happy to not be paying restocking fees for Samsung's shortsightedness.

S Pen Dilemma upgrade

Is anyone else also staying away from an upgrade because of the S Pen downgrade since the S25 ultra?

I'm currently still holding strong to my S24 Ultra. I know it's a feature that a lot of people didn't use or know about, but for someone who actually actively took advantage of the uses, this is a huge blow.

Especially remote photos with the Pen.

Samsung please bring back Bluetooth on the S Pen on the S27 ultra. You guys keep taking away features from advanced users to stay mainstream like the microSD card slot, headphone jack, exchangable battery, the extra programmable side button...etc

yes me too, keep using my S24 . i wait until they bring it back. say no with S25 and now i guess have to say no with S26 also.
The remote camera shutter was a signature feature that I used frequently for group photos and tripods. Removing it makes the Ultra feel less "premium." Please consider bringing back the active S Pen hardware for the S27 Ultra.

Oh my goodness yes! I found my community. I'm gonna hold on to my S24 ultra too until they bring back Bluetooth for the S Pen. I wouldn't mind paying a little more for it tbh. I just want it back 😭

Need S PEN UPGRADE - URGENT
I have the S25 Ultra. The S PEN is horrible.
It does not compare to the Bluetooth versions.

I wish you could pay for an upgrade and get a good S-PEN.

S26 Ultra: Great Phone, but You Broke the S Pen

I won't be upgrading to the S26 Ultra because of this decision. I'll be holding onto my S24 Ultra and hoping Samsung brings Bluetooth back on the S27 Ultra. Please listen to your loyal Ultra users. I chose this line specifically for features like this. Don't take them away.
