Samsung's Quick Share to iPhone's Air Drop

I see there's an update that allows quick share and iPhone to work together but I cant get it to work. I went in the settings and switch on "Share with Apple Devices" and switched to "Everyone" under whow can share with me. Plus everything is up to date but it still doesn't work. Has anyone had any success with the new feature?

Have you made sure everything is up to date, even Google Play System updates.

The Google side of things has to be updated too, go to settings, Google services, all services, System services, check for updates there, specifically Quick Share Extension and Mainline.
You won't see any Apple Devices unless both devices have turned on everyone for 10 minutes.

It works perfectly on my S26U to my iPad.

BTW, it's not Samsung's Quick Share that has made this sharing with Apple devices possible, you can thank Google for this. They are the ones who have turned this feature on !

You also need Google Play Services version 26.11.xx or higher. Check for an update, either through Settings > Apps or Settings > Google services > all services > system services.

That update will deploy the Quick Share Extension service to your device. Make sure Google services are updated through the previously mentioned path.

**Update it works now. My wifi and my mobile Hotspot has to be off on my S26 plus and my iPhone 16 Pro Max has to be set to "Everyone for 10 minutes" everytime. But my samsung only has to be set to that for the first transfer but after that it can be set to contacts. I'm not sure if that would help because im not exactly sure what I did to make it work but it works now

This feature is only available on One UI 8.5

It still has to get turned on by Google and Samsung respectively. I have it on my Tab S10+ and a old Samsung phone because I sidelined the components to get the toggle to show up.
