topic Don't be the first to buy !!! in Galaxy S26

This has to be the worst buying experience I have ever had in my life. I purchased the s26 ultra not for luxury but because I needed a new phone cuz my old one was cracked and I rely heavily on the accessibility features. I am a double amputee I lost my hands in 1997 and I'm also legally blind.. but to begin with I bought the 256 GB version just to turn around and find out the 512 GB dropped down to the same price the day I received my 256 GB s26 ultra. I called customer support and wanted to return it and they offered a retention credit which I have not yet received. But when I purchased the 256 they did not have the available accessories that I wanted that they were offering with the purchase 256 GB s26 ultra and with their use it or lose it policy at checkout so I tried to get them to apply the credit they were going to give me to keep the phone and return the useless cases and privacy screen protector that they sent to try to get a credit so I could get the Galaxy buds like I wanted originally.. but I received an email saying I would not receive anything if I return those items. So I initiated a return of the phone and all the accessories and purchased the 512 GB with the buds that I wanted or needed.. but as you could imagine how hard it would be for me to repackage the items and send them back I just kept the 256 and the 512 and decided to gift the 256 s26 ultra to the only person that offered to help me with everything involved with a return. But I just recently find out that the price has dropped even more. What happened buying early saved you money. I feel like I'm being punished because I did buy early and an s26 ultra is way out of my price range even with financing but it's a lot cheaper than buying visual assistant devices.. but I felt like I was talking to a robot every time I called customer service and actually talk to her representative and I have been explained how I use the s26 ultra or any phone for that matter to help me with my disability and visual impairment. I know he probably didn't intend on it sounding like he was making fun of me but the way the customer service representative worded it it sounded like he was. Because I told him that I didn't have any hands and I hold the phone between my two arms and use my nose to tap the screen to use the device. And my old phone was cracked and everyone knows what happens if you run your finger across cut glass so you could just imagine what's happening to my nose. But anyway at the end of the conversation he said good luck with your nose. I know y'all probably find this all hilarious. But I think this is my last purchase with Samsung directly. I never had this problem with buying the Google pixels and they would make sure from the beginning that I was getting the best deal they would offer at least until mid-year sales. But all I've got from customer support from Samsung is lies and excuses. So don't buy from Samsung early because they're just going to turn around and lower the price later and make you wish that you had waited to buy the phone. And if you have an issue the customer service Representatives don't have the power to help you if it's not in words on the screen in front of them. And if they do offer to help you you're just going to get in email later denying anything to customer service representative offered due to the Samsung s26 policies. I know to a lot of people this is not a big deal but when I have to buy something that cost over 15% of my yearly income it is a big deal.
