Lost access to email and phone. I do have password and email information. Just can't do secondary verification.

That is based off how your secondary verification was set up in Google. Only option i can think of is accessing Google on a computer (home computer or laptop) then go to Google search bar and type in " reset Gmail password without your phone " and follow tha directions
