Screen pixelation

Just recently bought the 26 ultra from Samsung and coming from 25 ultra. The screen seems somewhat not as high quality like I can see the pixelation of words and icons and such when using the display. I'm not putting the phone to my face as that isn't normal to use it like that but in regular use. I have heard others having this issue online and idk if it's a software issue or a defective unit or just normal thing.

I'm not experiencing anything like that with my S26U. What resolution do you have your screen set to?

It's like it seems the words and certain aspects of elements on the display are oversharpened.

Again, what resolution do you have it set to? Settings > display > screen resolution

What about motion smoothness? That's also under display settings.

It is set to QHD the max resolution

Adaptive so the 120hz option.

Some users are extra sensitive to the new pixel configuration used in the S26U display. I'm assuming you don't have privacy screen turned on.

I've attached a screenshot of my current home screen. I use the same settings as you and to me, that pic looks vibrant and stunning. If it appears pixelated or grainy to you, perhaps your eyes are able to distinguish fine details in the new display that many others simply cannot see.

Thanks for the help! I was worried my unit was defective out of the box. In your image it seems a bit fuzziness and pixelation to my eyes

You're welcome. Have you looked at any other S26U units, like in a Best Buy or carrier store? If those displays also look fuzzy to you, you'll know you're sensitive to it.

I'm going to best buy tomorrow to look at the units they have there and carriers as well.

Okay so the display units at best buy and stores have the same thing going on. It's my eyes that's the problem lol.So nothing is wrong with my phone just how I perceive it.
