Is anyone still having network problems.
I've reset all network settings, reset the phone.

Went to T-Mobile and had them reset everything and even switch to an esim.

My signal is jumping between 4g and 5g repeatedly but I still barely get data.

Even the times the speed test shows data, loading apps or pages takes forever.

I get almost no to zero signal inside buildings.

I keep having to ask for my husband's phone to do work.

He has a Samsung on the same network.

Where my phone shows 5mps his will show over 300mbs.

I've had Samsung phones since the old captivate and I'm on Samsung Care plus but I've contacted Samsung 3 times and no resolution.

This was happening right out of the box and I waited because I figured an update would fix this.

One Samsung rep even took control of my phone and said nope, call T-Mobile, even though he checked my network settings and could see I had no data.

They keep shrugging me off and I'm incredibly frustrated.
