Notification priorities

I came from oxygen OS and pixel OS and the notification system was perfect imo. Now that I'm using OneUi 5, I found out that I can't prioritize certain notifications. Some apps I don't want to see on my status bar at the top, I can't move any notifications to the top, or move them to the bottom. Was this in other versions of OneUI?? or does Samsung just completely not do this. Driving me crazy since I love the fold.
