Local repair store does not have parts

Excuse me, my fold4 is broken and I have already gone to the repair center, but they said that there are no parts in the store to repair it for me. They want me to go to Samsung for repair. Will Samsung come to pick up the phone or ask me to send it to the post office?

Unfortunately, there is currently a shortage of parts for many Fold 4/5 and Flip 4/5 devices. You would probably have to send the phone by mail or courier for servicing.
