Ever since update to Android 13 (Galaxy Z Fold 4) have one specific issue

I used to be able screenshot on my my phones lock screen, the Dynamic Wallpaper and save it so I can look at cats all day.

With update to Android 13, the ability was blocked by "Unable to screenshot due to security policy". I've checked all over the phone and Google to see if it was a new toggle to turn on or off, but apparently not.

Example below in image, I'd be able to screenshot Cats all day.

Now if I try it gives the error as I said above, any idea or help would be appreciated.

It seems like this could have been implemented due to the pictures being copyrighted.
