What error message are you receiving? Are you using Google Messages or Samsung Messages? Is it all group chats, or only some?

I'm in a group chat with 3 other people .. It like when all the messages are coming in at once and I'm sending out.. it all of sudden I get a error message..

Thank you for that screenshot. As this is a network error message, I recommend contacting your carrier. This is included in the services you pay them for, so they will be able to resolve this issue for you.
