Phone lights up and notification shade drops

I have a fold 4. Ever since I downloaded the new software update. My phone will just randomly light up on its own. And the notification sade will pull itself down for no reason. I've searched the internet and Reddit. Alot of people have the same issue, mostly on Galaxy Fold4 devices. Does anybody else have this issue?

Hello Dannyboy47, Welcome to the Community. It can be puzzling for the phone to light up and the notification shade to drop down randomly. Have you looked to see if the Edge lighting is active?

I have edge lighting running and it works ok. I've noticed I had quick settings instant access turned on and ever since I turned the feature off, it seems to have fixed the problem.
