I still get the message. But then I read that my phone should be connected to my pc in order to solve this problem and get into reset mode. Do you think that it would be a good idea? Yes, try connecting to a PC and repeating the steps. This will not reset your phone. Btw, apologies for the delay. I don't receive notifications from your replies unless you hit the "reply" button below my comment.

Settings>Apps>Phone>scroll down to the bottom to find the Version number. It's a green icon and should be version 15.1.69, or close to it.

It was worth a try. I recommend submitting an Error report about this bug in the Support tab of the Members app under "Send feedback". Be sure to check the box to include your system logs. They should be able to help diagnose why the Call Assist button isn't showing up and might be able to offer a solution.
