No outgoing ringer

My phone hasn't been ringing when I call anyone. All it does is show I'm calling, then they pick up. No sound until they answer, then no sound when hanging up. What's going on and how can I fix this?

You mean the call tone. I'm gonna assume the flip has the same settings ui as my s21. You would wanna go to phone, there should be a 3 dot options button in the top right and go to setting, call alerts

is it showing "calling..." with no timer ticking to indicate the out-going call is initiated?

if so, it's likely an issue on Network side. you need to reach out to your carrier for help .

I just checked and everything was off. So I turned them on, did a test call, and still nothing
