      <description>First of what make of the Z-Flip model do you have, 1, 2, 3 or 4? With 4 being the latest and 1 the oldest, and also did you get it as second-hand/used or brand new because these would determine availability of repair. If brand new and less than a year then it's still under warranty so whomever you brought it from should repair it at no cost so long as they determine the damage is from a faulty phone and not a damage caused by you. But if the damage is caused by physical means then you'll pay for the repair with the newest iteration costing more than the older ones.</description>

      <description>I had the similar experience ŵith my original 4. It's a known problem but no recalls are out for it. If it's under warranty, take it in and they'll let you know how to handle it. For my own situation I received a new phone.</description>
