Unable to redeem YouTube premium

I got the Z Flip 5 in Preorder I wanted a fresh start so I created a new Gmail account and when I try to get the premium it tells meni don't qualify for it Samsung needs to fix this not to sound petty but that and the Microsoft office is what made me pull the trigger on a 1300 dollar phone figured well wt least I would get that but NOPE it's a Scam

I called Samsung because they tell you that it comes with it but didn't tell how to get it. They resolved it and got youtube music premium
