From you Dialer>three dots top right>Settings>Caller information>Profile picture size 🙂

I have that setting on large and its a little circle picture for the contact

Ah alright! There isn't any other way to make the picture larger natively. Other 3rd party dialer apps might have this ability though.

What I have noticed if the profile pic is grainy or low quality it keeps it small. If it's a good pixels it will expand it.

Sounds weird I know but I went through and updated to newer pictures and it fixed those contacts.
