      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I purchased Z flip 5 by Samsung when it was released , i had service by t MOBILE now i switched over to verizon, however my device has a network lock and doesnt allow it to be used by another carrier,&amp;nbsp;T mobile opened it at their end (as i can see in their unlock device status) however the device itself is still locked . anyone kno whow it can be opened?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Unlocking is done by carrier. You shouldn't have to rest device due to new feature. But you could try this if not already. Here is an article that may help.       <description>t mobile has a place to check and unlock you rphoone and it is unlocked</description>

      <description>but the device itself is for some reason not snchronized with that and is still locked, t mobile claims that since i purchased the phone directly by samsung and not by them, they have nothing they can do anymore, since at their end it is unlocked&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
