Unfortunately, only the Z Fold4, Z Flip4, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, and future models will be getting that feature and other Galaxy AI features. Phones from 2021 and earlier will not support such features, and the Fold3 will likely only be getting Circle to Search.

Sorry to say but Galaxy Z Fold 3's are all only getting two AI features – Circle to Search and Chat Assist.
