Bottom Microphone (RVC_1stMic) on Samsung Z3 Flip 5G is not working

The bottom Microphone (RVC_1stMic) on my Samsung Z3 Flip 5G is not working. Here is what I have tried:

Checked to see if the hole is free of debris

Safe Mode

Deleting all Apps that are not factory installed.

Soft Reset

Hard Reset

Factory Reset

Went to the dial pad and enter *#0*# and did the loopback test and the SPK_2stMic works fine but the RVC_1stMic does not work.

A factory authorized Samsung repair shop Replaced the microphone/charging port. They can't tell me what is wrong, they think it is a software issue, but none of the apps are working.

Please help
