    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have had this phone for less that a month, with screen defects since day 1, has reached out to get help bit all I am being offered is a repair service not a replacement, for a matter I explained to customer service way before my return period was over, and I made it clear I wanted another device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So frustrating to have nobody owning the mistake and taking full responsibility of the issue, but instead just keep stalling to make sure I get to a point I'm past the 15 day return period.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does anybody here know who/where I can escalated this to?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
