&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;You can also take a microfiber cloth and clean around the button to make sure there is no debris.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;If you have a case on the phone, try removing the case.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;If troubleshooting steps are not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by an authorized service center.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Z Flip 6 Troubleshooting Buttons</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all! I recently got a Z Flip 6, new from Samsung. Unfortunately, out of box, the volume down button only worked intermittently and now has stopped working. I have worked up all the software issues from restarting, restarting in safe mode, dinking around the settings, etc, to no avail. I went to a Samsung auth repair shop and they said they couldn't fix it, and as many have stated, Samsung is known for their Quality Customer Service (tm) (/s) and was less than helpful despite still being in warranty. I know for a fact that I haven't dropped it nor wet the phone - I've been babying it since folding screens still scare me. Anyone have the same issue? And if so, what did you do to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I personally don't have a flip but I had a similar issue where the volume would get stuck after I connect to Bluetooth. I reconnected my Bluetooth device and set the volume all the way up and then disconnect the Bluetooth device. That's how I got mine to work</description>
