Fold 5 and screen closing protectors

The little rubber stopper on the right side the screen that keeps the bezel from hitting randomly fell off. I called samsung they sent me to a repair store. Where the person at the certified samsung repair looked at my phone for 2 seconds and said that's physical damage not under warranty and handed it back to me and would not further discuss it. I literally had the rubber foot in my hand he just repeated he couldn't help and bye.. Samsung you need to do better job at who you allow to represent your company.. Someone needs to contact me about this.. I have been a avid samsung phone consumer sense the original galaxy s ..

My concerns is that the screen protector will start pealing or worse dust gets into the holes

@user6ifrFBM6Pw I currently have the Fold 6. I have had the Fold 3, 4, and 5. Even after seeing your photos I have no idea what you are referring to. I am not aware of any rubber stopper.

The part just came off.. it could have been put back on np.. the black connector part is still on the phone just the rubber foot came off

Not sure what coverage you have but technically it is physical damage and not a manufacturing defect.

If you want it repaired, you may have to apply a very small bit of glue.

That crazy .... the phone is not even few months old .. idk why it came off I opened my phone and seem it half on..
