Has anyone had a similar experience to me? My Z Flip 5 screen protector is in need of replacement. It's lifted and scratches all over. No big deal, it'sover a year old. I go online and see samsung says it's $20 at one of their stores, select best buy locations, and authorized repair centres. I schedule one with a local uBreakiFix because no samsung or best buy stores near me to do this. They call me to confirm and say it's $50 to replace the screen protector. I ask why and they say the local franchise owner set that price. Is that normal? Are authorized repair locations really allowed to increase the price for a plastic screen protector?

1st one is free, second is $20.
UBreakiFix is hoping you'll just pay it, they're not supposed to do that.

Any recourse on this? I called samsung and they said there is no contract with them so they can basically just do what they want. If they aren't supposed to do it who at samsung needs to look into this?

With uBreakiFix being a third party, you would need to speak with their management regarding your complaint.
