    <description>&lt;P&gt;i mention i have already reached out to them with no resolution. to makes things worse.. i bought the online exclusive color hence i am unable to do the screen replacement due color with no stock available. hence it&amp;nbsp; was recommended to sent back to samsung.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;take note for those bought the online exclusive color.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Screen Bleed issue Fold 5 repair</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Help me out please.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. My Z fold 5 has a screen bleeding issue which is bought DEC 31, 2023. it supposed to a 1 time discounted screen repair and i proceed to create a repair request to a independent repair service from Samsung website.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Indendent repair service mention that they do not have the stock for the screen due to color and recommended by Samsung is to do a mail in repair.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Went back home tried to create a mail in repair but was hit by a hefty amount for repair rather than the discounted price.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Call 1800Samsung and was referred here and there, explained my situation 1001 times and did not get a resolution&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;5. go through Samsung Whatsapp, get a link, made a payment, gave an error, tried 3 times. CC Charged 3 times!!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;6. Now, phone is spoil, CC charged, No QR Code for mail in repair.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;7. is there anybody can help me out with this!!!!!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Not sure but would think your warranty is over unless you got extra added think on the website it might have repair option thru your account devices might of changed was some years ago when I saw that</description>

      <description>Dispute the charges with your bank. It should be obvious that 3 charges for the same amount to the same merchant within minutes of each other is an error.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Call your CC company and dispute the charges with what occurring here are very reasons to stop the charges. They very well may reverse every one of them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
