ZFlip4 folding/battery issue?

Hello All,

I've been having an issue with my ZFlip4 for a few weeks now. Whenever I flip it closed it just shuts off completely. When this first started I would just turn it back on with the side button, but over the next week the issue evolved into me having to plug in my phone to turn it back on. Now I'm at the point to where my phone shuts off randomly and when trying to turn it on when plugged up it takes a few tries.

Has anyone else had this issue? This is my second ZFlip4 in 2 years and I just got it paid off a few months ago. I love this phone but it has so many problems.

The lockscreen on my first one just randomly stopped working one day. I take good care of my electronics and its protected by a phone case as well. I'm not sure whats wrong.

@MrSight You will need to contact Samsung Support and have them evaluate the phone.
