      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I downloaded the new UI. Immediately my phone didn't charge overnight. For the past week or so the problem has gotten worse and worse.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Finally last night it would not charge at all. Took it to tmobile. No help. Sent me to Samsung. Under warranty. Phone 2 months old. Samsung tell me wait at least 2 weeks for replacement. That's it. Need my phone. What am I going to do.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Also try this,&lt;BR /&gt;Go to settings, apps, next to where it says your apps, tap on the 3 lines, toggle on show system apps, type in USB Settings, open it, go to storage and clear cache.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that doesn't work, try this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Wipe Cache Partition.&lt;BR /&gt;Turn off phone.&lt;BR /&gt;While powered down, press power key and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Let go of buttons. You will now be in the bootloader. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, power button for Yes.&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition. Press power, scroll to Yes, press power.       <description>This update is straight garbage. Battery is pretty much non-existent. It's a Temu version of the iPhone at this point and I hate it. They've rendered this phone almost useless to me for what I used and needed it for. I use this phone for work and it's cost me so much time and money because now it either does not do what I need it to or it takes 10 times as long to do what I need to get done.</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Not the first nor the last. But I too have awful battery since the update and it seems to be getting worse. The straw that broke the camels back for making this post is the ohone is plugged in and won't charge.
