      <title>#2-Anyone Else Have a screen short out on flip 6 and Samsung warranty not honored?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Similar experiences all over the internet. Had mine for less than a month. Sent it in after inner screen stopped working. Never dropped. And cased since I bought it. I was informed that the "LCD" was damaged. At first, I was told to pay 345.00. Then a "tech" came on to say they would reduce it to 200.00. I told him that there is a defect and I have a video showing no physical damage before I sent the phone in. I asked to speak with a manger and was then told someone would call me in 24-48 hrs. Anyone else being bamboozled by Samsung not honoring their warranty??&lt;/P&gt;
