Battery charge indicator (the Pill) needs to be changed

Can somebody PLEASE fix the battery charge indicator? The new update has a terrible display for it..It is TINY SMALL AND SAYS HALF OF A NUMBER LIT UP??

Who would design such a thing? The battery condition is ThE most IMPORTANT status on the phone and I cannot imagine older people struggling to see this now..the whole top status bar is wayyy too SMALL!!! Please take a look at this..it was GREAT BEFORE..THANKS!

It is the absolute worst thing they have added to Ui7.

Whoever designed the battery pill must be under 30 years old, and doesn't wear reading glasses.

I have a battery widget on my home screen and AOD just so I can see it clearly.

I hope with Goodlock they add just percentage with out the ridiculous pill.

Report it in the support section of the Members app through feedback.
The more people report it the more likely they will change it.

Have you been into the developer settings by any chance? Also under accessibility settings zoom can mess it up and also in developer settings you can accidentally change your size and format of your screen if you're not careful so maybe reset developer settings if you've been in there and check your accessibility settings 😊

Thanks..yes I had Samsung go in with the tutor app and check everything they fixed the widget size its great now thanks..I just think the dashboard up top looked big clear and easy before as I looked at my old note 6 and wow what a dfference! Whoever designed that was great..people want clear bigger and simple when it comes to that top bar its important stuff eg batt..wifi bars..can't imagine these older people for them

Check developer settings and make sure accessibility settings are correct?

Yeah..it will NoT work for that..The guy ai spoke with at Samsung said to go on here and post the issue and they "may" address it and fix it on the Next update..

It won't fix that..its a permanent update the only thing is if they see this is an issue they "may" fix it next update according to Samsung..as I wrote above..

Has there been a way to change the type of battery icon in good lock?

The either on/off option is lacking. I would love the oneui6 option to just display the percentage? I mean without the animated pill type... Just numbers. I have not found it yet.

Samsung has enters the Starlink Customer Service level on replying to a real concern for people without 20/20 vision ie lodge a complaint through the Samsung Members area and maybe Samsung will read the complaints and may make an update to correct the problem in the future. ( or not- editorial comment.)

I agree with the comments about and concerns with the the battery percentage indicator. It is difficult to read when not at 100%
