      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Received my fold 7 yesterday and noticed that when closed the top corner and bottom corner does not close all the way, there is a significant gap. I reached out to samsung and they said all I can do is return the phone. Purchase another one and once the defective phone is returned they will issue me a refund for that phone.&amp;nbsp;I've been with Samsung since the Note 2 and never have had an issue like this where they don't take care of the customer and make things right.       <description>I would like to verify it is the case. Took the case off and it closes fine. So here's the dilemma. Go completely unprotected and it closes or put a case on it and take the chance something getting in between the gap and scratching the screen.</description>

      <description>I'm sure there are plenty of other cases you could use that would fold completely shut. You may want to consider one of those.</description>

      <description>Look for case reviews on YouTube, there are many up already. Pick an established brand, not one of those cheap Chinese brands.</description>

      <description>I can report that the Spigen Tough Armor case doesn't have this issue. Good luck with the Thinborne; I've heard good things!</description>
