One UI 8 Cover Screen App Issue

Since updating to One UI 8 on the Flip 6, all cover screen apps open in windowed mode and are so zoomed in that they are unusable.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with not being able to get the apps out of windowed mode. In order to better assist you, when you got to your phones settings > advanced features > apps allowed on cover screen, do you have the apps listed that you are experiencing these symptoms with?

I have my flip 6 on one ui 8 since it released sometime last week, now using the cover screen apps via the multistar widget on the goodlock app results in the apps appearing as pop up windows instead of taking up the full cover screen. Using maximize still doesn't have the same effect for full screen apps as I had before one ui 8 as the borders still have a pop up windows appearance with this big taskbar up at the top. The cover screen isn't the biggest and this is taking up almost 20-25% of it. Has there been any changes to goodlock or the cover screen settings on one ui 8 that I'm missing? Thanks in advance.

Cool so hopefully it gets addressed soon, I was wondering if I was a software thing or something like a new toggle in the settings or goodlock?

For me it's all apps including Samsung wallet and any app launched with the good lock cover screen launcher.

Per this reddit post:

You need to untick the 'enable freeform windows on secondary display' option under Window Management and then reboot.

For those who cannot find it, it is in the Developer options which you have to enable first.
