Flip 7 speaker sounds muffled

Hey everyone. I just got my Z Flip 7 today and noticed that the audio of this creator I frequently watch sounded kind of muffled. So I checked the same video on my S23+ and she sounded normal. Is this a common issue for the flip 7 or is this something I should return the phone over. The speaker just doesn't sound nearly as clean, clear, and nice as my S 23+.

It almost sounds like I'm playing it in a cup?

The sooner you take it to be looked at the better. I'd recommend getting it swapped out instead of fixed if you're still within the first 30 days of purchase.

Your going to regret buying any flip smartphone. And getting help with it later Is nearly impossible. Get you something else asap! Trust me🙏🙏

Same for the flip 5.. I thought it was just me until I used my backup phone

If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis, please provide the full model code and IMEI number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
