Hi @tj2009 — thanks for reaching out! We know how frustrating it can be when a new phone isn’t getting a proper signal. Here are a few quick troubleshooting steps that may help:

Toggle Airplane Mode
Turn Airplane Mode on, wait a few seconds, then turn it back off. This performs a soft reset of the device’s internal modem.

Reset Network Settings
If the issue continues, try resetting your network settings:
Settings › General management › Reset › Reset network settings
Please let us know if this is of any help!

Signal issues with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, brand new phone

Got a brand new phone and I updated to the December update and now I have zero bars of service and Wi-Fi won't work won't load nothing and cell data won't load anything can't receive any phone calls but I can call out what could be the problem I called my carrier and they said there's nothing wrong with their side

As you can see it shows zero bars of service and then it'll show one bar that's all I get no matter what I've tried factory resets I've tried everything nothing works any ideas.
