Nelko app opens when I try to open a file in Drive

This happens for some but not all documents in Google Drive. I open Drive then select a file and instead of the file opening the Nelko app opens. Nelko is a handheld label printer. I've unistalled and reinstalled both apps and restarted the device (Galaxy Z Flip 7). I chatted with Samsung rep. but they did not resolve it.

Hi, @userjlY15DDHyd, Welcome to the Samsung Community! Thanks for reaching out about this. We understand how inconvenient it can be when files open in the wrong app.

This usually happens when an app is set as the default for opening certain file types.
Please try clearing the Nelko app’s defaults:

Settings → Apps → Nelko
Tap Set as default
Select Clear defaults

If available, also set Open supported links to Don’t allow.
Afterward, try opening the file again in Google Drive.
