    <description>I am sorry you are experiencing this. If you didn't purchase Samsung Care+ or have insurance through your carrier you will have to pay to have the screen replaced.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is advisable to have insurance on a foldable phone as they tend to be more fragile than regular candy bar phones.</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;My interior screen just stopped working randomly. It was working fine, I closed the phone like normal. I opened it about 5 minutes later and the left half of the interior screen is green and the right half has lines going through it. Ive tried it multiple times and keep getting the same result except sometimes the interiorbscreen is just totally black.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I did not drop the phone or have any physical damage caused to it. This is very frustrating as I just bought the phone in August and have kept a case on it and took very good care of it since day 1 since I spent so much money on this phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Samsung never covers screens. If it is indeed a manufacturers defect, they will never admit it.</description>

      <description>I did purchase insurance through AT&amp;amp;T when I bought the phone in August, but if they dont warranty this I will call the BBB and see if that gets me anywhere. I have seen tons of people with the exact same issue where Samsung claimed it was user damage because the screen had cracks even though it was not damaged beforehand. I dont understand how Samsung can see it happening to thousands of phones, under the exact same scenarios, with the cracks in the exact same manner and claim that all the people managed to somehow damage their phones in the exact same way</description>
