Hello,
I'm wondering if the update from September 1st, 2025 is the latest. There has been no update on my new Flip 7, and I'm curious if this is normal or not.

Sincerely,

Your latest software update should be January 2026. Who's your carrier?

Thank you for your reply.

It is a model imported by a reseller. It is an unlocked version without a carrier, but the service provider software version shows GCF/GCF, GCF/XAU.

I did some research and found that it is not a public version, so I have contacted my vendor to request a refund. I am currently waiting for their response.

Returning the phone is your best bet. When purchasing Samsung devices from a third-party reseller, you'll want to ensure that you're buying a factory unlocked (U1) model. As far as service provider software information, you'll want to see XAA where it currently reads XAU.
