I purchased my Z Flip7 at launch. After using it for three months, it started experiencing a boot loop issue — it couldn’t turn on and kept getting stuck on the startup logo screen.

After replacing the motherboard with a new one, the same boot loop problem happened again three months later. It still won’t power on and remains stuck on the logo screen.

The first time I had it repaired, the technician told me it was a motherboard issue and that my data couldn’t be preserved. Now this is the second time, and I’m planning to send it in for repair again.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue as me?

Sorry to hear this. I would suggest contacting a service center to have the entire phone checked to see what's causing this to happen.
