    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on my second replacement&amp;nbsp; flipZ 5 phone. I am having the same issues. The inner screen certain part of screen is working while other parts are not responsive. Text messaging is a nightmare because some parts of keyboard is not working so its very difficult to text now. Very difficult to play games as well. I have reached out to Samsung about these foldable phones being defective over priced only last for 6 to a year before the phone give you problems. samsung is ripping off its customers with the defective foldable devices, I'm done with foldable phones. Samsung is no different from ZTE at this point.&amp;nbsp; This flipZ 5 is the worst phone I've ever purchased. also I made a complaint with the BBB and FTC, these phone should be considered lemons.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;This issue started out of nowhere. The phone is not responding to the touch on the main (inner) screen. The outer screen is working fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have already tried restarting and soft rebooting by pressing the side buttons, but it's not helping.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
