    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Galaxy Z Flip 6 (512GB) experienced a screen failure within 90 days of purchase. The repair (#hidden) process has been handled with extreme incompetence:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Misidentification:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Local technicians incorrectly identified my 512GB device as 256GB to deflect the repair.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Unsubstantiated Charges:&lt;/STRONG&gt; I was charged for the repair despite the device being under warranty.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Failure to Provide Documentation:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;You claims "physical damage" but has failed to provide a written inspection report despite multiple requests and verbal promises from customer service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am requesting a full refund of the repair costs or the immediate release of the technical report justifying the charge.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
