Icons on your Samsung phone may still shift due to auto-arranging features, corrupted launcher data, or third-party customizations like GoodLock. Even with "Lock Home screen layout" enabled, bugs in the UI (especially One UI 6.1) can cause misalignment.

Anyone else experiencing their widgets shifting out of place on their own. Even with the home screen locked at least once a day my widgets move over each other or to the far sides of the screen. This happens on both outer and inner screens. It's very annoying

Hello @Punisher16, thank you for reaching out to the Community. I can definitely see how it would be frustrating with the widgets shifting around.
I have listed some steps below that you can try to correct this issue.
1. Try disabling Cover Screen Mirroring by Going to Settings > Home screen > Mirror Cover Screen and turn it off to allow independent layouts.

2. Turn off "Add apps to Home screen": In Home screen settings, disable this to stop new apps from disrupting the layout.

3. Clear the cache for the "One UI Home" app in settings or restart your device.

4. Turning Auto rotate widgets off in the widget settings.

5. Try disabling Smart Suggestions Turn off this feature in Advanced Features if widgets move randomly.

If your phone is still experiencing the issue also consider rebooting in Safe Mode to check for third-party app interference.

Maybe you have to lock your screen to prevent accidentally taps touch or movements of icons.
