I have used Samsung devices for years, upgrading to every new model in the Galaxy S and Z series. I absolutely loved this latest one, but unfortunately, I had the bad luck of having the internal screen protector start to deteriorate. When I looked for Samsung service centers to get the screen protector replaced—a service provided free of charge for the first time—I was surprised to discover that Samsung has partnered with a small mobile phone repair shop (a truly abysmal one, at that). They lack professionalism in their customer service and do not keep the necessary repair components in stock—even when you schedule an appointment and fill out the form detailing the specific issue with your device. I am listing the name of the repair center here: uBreakiFix by Asurion. Frankly, this has been a major disappointment on Samsung's part. Apple's repair centers are far superior.
