Cannot disable notifications for Samsung Galaxy store

I've attempted to find a way to disable these several times and even reached out to Samsung customer care. The steps in the link below do not work for my device. The last option notification categories mentioned is not visible when you scroll to the bottom after enabling system apps.

You must enable notification categories FIRST and then go through a different pathway, it will not show under app notifications (at least not without toggling "show system apps")

Settings > notifications> advanced settings> manage notification categories for each app

THEN

Settings > Apps > Galaxy Store > Notifications > Notification Categories > turn OFF the desired categories
