I'm unable to post anything on the samsung members board after posting a complaint. Could you verify if there's an issue with my account or the system

The server is setup to not allow the exact wording from a previous post to be reposted. This is normal.

"Server errors" sometimes occur when the automatic moderation system picks up something in your post. Sometimes it is benign, sometimes there is something in the post that isn't allowed. The system is sensitive and errs on the side of caution.

You mention writing in Korean - Posts/comments written in a language other than English will sometimes fail to post as well.

Anecdotally, there are several posts I have personally made that didn't go through the first time and had to be modified.

Secondly, based on your screenshot, it seems like you may also misunderstand the role of Honored Contributors.

Honored Contributors are not employed by Samsung, nor do they represent Samsung in any official capacity. They are highly active users with a history of providing solutions to other users' problems.
