    <description>If restarting in safe mode had previously (temporarily) solved the problem, that would indicate an issue with a third-party app. The whole point of safe mode is to help you determine whether the problem is due to external factors, so you can get rid of the problematic app.&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <title>WiFi and Bluetooth PROBLEMS on Galaxy Fold 5</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For over 2 weeks now and I've noticed every update something new will break. But now my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will not work. I'm not doing another factory reset because I can't back up anything when there's no Wi-Fi. Samsung blames my service provider who I would think is at fault but for once Optimum is right this is a phone and factory problem I have the Samsung fold. I'm going to get the new 6 but this is absolutely ridiculous. Any tips on what I can do since Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are not working I hit details and I'm trying to check settings and nothing I can do works I go on chat GPT but trying to get in touch with the human being at Samsung is very hard especially being Sunday. So if anyone has had this problem please let me know what you did to fix it I don't mind resetting of Wifi and Bluetooth it I'm just not doing a factory reset. I'm tired of being told what to do by Samsung and it doesn't work. It's enough to deal with optimum already who I am taking to small claims court. Just now this is getting ridiculous&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>You should run the diagnostics available here in the Members app in the Support area. You can also do the reset for wifi and Bluetooth settings available in Settings &amp;gt; General management &amp;gt;Reset.</description>

Performing a Network Reset is recommended. Doing this step resets all previous Wi-Fi networks and passwords, deletes Bluetooth devices previously paired to the device, and resets any mobile data configurations to default.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Thank you it does but then I run through 22 checklist and runs right through Wi-Fi says check and runs through Bluetooth and says check but yet they're still not connecting. They were on last night and then today they went off again Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will not connect. It almost feels like it's on purpose at this point</description>

      <description>Same I heard about the moon and there was going to be technology problems but this seems like WW3 problems lol... But for real why optimum blame Samsung Samsung blames optimum. I just want to speak to a live advisor and have them walk me through the steps but God forbid to get actual live advisor and not AI these days.</description>

      <description>No it didn't help and it erased all my presetings. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will go on for maybe 10 minutes a day if that and then off for weeks. Yet I still have to pay my bill ? The provider blames you and you guys blame the provider but this definitely is a phone issue.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same they did some automatic update again that messed up my phone even more so the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are still not working and I had to reset all my preset settings down to the contact information I store for people. Little stuff that takes years to put together all erased within one second and nothing fixed. They just keep making up excuses saying the phone is too old when the phone is a few years old. Now Samsung is the new we don't know how to take accountability company?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah they're horrible They just keep making tickets I even had insurance on tell me they can't replace the phone. Samsung will not say they did anything wrong nor fix this problem. I may go to Google just because of this or this new company I see that's competing with Apple and Samsung. They make really sick fold phones... I like that they're competing with Samsung who doesn't care about their customers anymore&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have to fold five and it is not working nor is it working on my brother's fold six so it's your software and hardware it's not the providers it's your company Samsung get your stuff together. Your customers are very dissatisfied with what you're doing to stuff we've already purchased.
