      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I just wanted to give you feedback on my experience with your zfold phones. I had the z fold 3 and 5 great phones no issues then I passed my zfold 3 to my sis on my account and she traded it for the zfold 7 and what a disappointment. 5 months later her whole inside screen detached. We sent it in and said it was damaged and charged us 480.00 it was not dropped no dents not wet and they refused to cover it. No I did not have the insurance on it but it was under factory warranty. I think after I pay for this one I will look at different phone brand. I feel let down by the way they handled this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought two of the Samsung Flip 6 almost 2 years ago.&amp;nbsp; I had an issue with the screen not responding to touch a little more than a year afterwards, had to replace with the warranty service.&amp;nbsp; Now the 2nd Flip is doing the same thing, bought 2 flips, both failed, 100% failure rate in my book.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Won't be buying or recommending the Flip again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've owned both fold 3 &amp;amp; 5 and both inner screens lifted starts as a crease down the middle then starts lifting. First one was covered under warranty second I used insurance. Not sure if you dealt with Samsung directly or if you went through your provider but if there wasn't any damage they should have accepted it as a defective device and covered it under warranty, not to mention these are very expensive models. What I didn't like is when they covered mine under warranty that they replaced it with a refurbished phone. All the money they are making off these phone sales is all they care about.</description>
