      <title>Trying to permanently delete Membership cards in Samsung wallet and continues to reappear</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've tried SOOOO MANY TIMES to permanently delete the membership cards in my samsung wallet but it continues to reappear. I've tried everything I know. Does anyone&amp;nbsp;know how to permanently delete them?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>How are you trying to delete them? They have to be deleted individually. To do this, go to the "all" tab in wallet, choose memberships, tap the card you want to delete, then tap the 3 dots on the top right and choose delete. If this is what you are doing and they keep coming back, you may have to either clear the app data or uninstall and reinstall the app. Uninstalling the app means you will have to add your credit cards back when you reinstall the app, but all your membership cards will be gone. Make sure you are syncing your Samsung Pass data with the cloud (or export the data to a file), or you may lose your pass data. If synced it will return to the app; if backed up, ypu can restore it.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just deleted two of my cards that the stores are no longer in business and you are right, they came back as soon as I reopened the app.&amp;nbsp; I guess I never tried to delete one before.&amp;nbsp; It's very odd. On the phone running Android 16/OneUI8.0 I it keeps bouncing back after deleted, but on my backup device running Android 13/OneUI5.1 I can cleanly and permanently delete the membership card I added.&amp;nbsp; Both are running the same version of Wallet (6.4.42), so it must be some glitch in this version of the UI.&amp;nbsp; I'm going to put in an error report, you should too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I chatted with an agent before and they gave me the steps that someone on this forum recommended and the results were the same</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent in my error report this morning and received a response that they were forwarding it to the development team for further evaluation and will get back to me when an update is available. Which, loosely translated, means they actually found an issue and will eventually have a fix for it.&amp;nbsp; I hope you put in a report as well.&amp;nbsp; The more reports they have the faster they will fix it.&amp;nbsp; It is best to recreate the circumstance, then immediately send the error report so it will still be in the log.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
