Cannot turn off RTT or remove "record calls" icon from ZFlip6

Often when on a call I move the phone from my face a little, then the screen comes on, then when moving back to my ear my cheek hits the "Record Calls" icon and the RTT Has Been Turned On screen comes up on my phone and the other party's.

I want to turn off RTT and remove the Record Calls icon, but there is no option to do that. Where are the files located that control these. I would love to find them and disable them in the system.

Open your phone app. Tap the 3 dots in upper rt corner. Select settings. Find RTT and make sure it's not set to always on

It is not. There are only 2 options: Visible during calls, and Always visible. No option to disable or OFF. "Record Calls" has NO options for On or Off. It may be time to loose Samsung . . .
