&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Thank you for letting us know what you've tried - turning phone off and on, airplane mode on then off, and resetting settings for Bluetooth and Wi-fi.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Do you know if the phone had any sort of update since the issue started just recently or any new app downloaded?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We would recommend starting the phone in safe mode to see if the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth services will work when the non-Samsung apps are not loaded.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Both worked fine last night and this morning, halfway through the day I see that they're both off&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;When I try to turn them on, the slider/toggle will act like it is going to turn on, but just goes dark again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
