Having issues with sound on Z fold 7 after beta participation

Z fold 7 has no sound whatsoever for phone calls, videos, notifications, anything. Was participating in the one UI 8.5 beta program. Did a factory reset on the phone and still have absolutely no sound. Any help on a fix would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hate to say but if it's your main device I definitely would not be trying beta on it for this reason. Betas are not 100% stable in many ways which is why they are not mass released until they have most of the kinks worked out. That's on any operating system. Like stated report it to the beta forum so the developers know and can fix it. Not sure if you can step back down to 8 but never do beta on your main daily device.

@UncleHank69 If you are in the Beta, you definitely need to post in the dedicated Beta discussion group. Have you ran any diagnostics? Have you tried booting in safe mode?

I posted on the beta discussion group, I have run diagnostics and I have tried rebooting in safe mode, everything possible with no results
