      <title>Fold 6 Bluetooth issue</title>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;My Fold 6 seems to have a common Bluetooth issue. The Bluetooth just randomly stopped working one day and I've tried every trouble shooting tip. I tried getting service at a center too but before I could go they called and said don't bother as it's a common issue they can't resolve. Yet Samsung is telling me I would have to pay to back up my data and factory reset then pay for any servicing. Since it seems resets have not worked for others and it's a common phone issue, any ideas before I swap to a different brand (having been an avid user for years)? Almost $2000 for an unreliable device doesn't seem right.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello community manager. These trouble shooting steps were tried and didnt work. The service tech said he cant help because it's a common issue and they've tried several times so I have to call Samsung. I tried calling and they point me back to service center or paying more to send in to them. Since it seems this failed to work for others, no point in me paying more if Bluetooth seems to be a common issue anyway. I would like to avoid investing more than the almost $2k I'm already paying on a phone I would expect to work properly beyond 1 year. I'm a few months outside my warranty of 12 months. These steps are the same I've tried already but thanks anyway.</description>
